ASSISTANCE AND SERVICE

Casa Estates aftersales has been formed for the purpose of helping you to adapt as smoothly and as quickly as possible to your new life in Spain, first of all we will assist you with acquiring your N.I.E. number (foreign national identification number), help you to open a Spanish bank account and with your approval we will also introduce you to an English/multi-lingual speaking Spanish solicitor/fiscal representative who will legally represent you. On the day of completion we will accompany you whilst your solicitor helps to register your title deed to the property at the Notaria (Spanish notary’s office) and make sure that it is duly entered into the property register, he or she will also help you to deal with the signing of contracts for water and electricity supplies, you can be confident that all the formalities with the Spanish authorities will be attended to when you move into your new home.

It is always advisable for all owners of Spanish property, whether living in Spain or overseas, to appoint a local Spanish solicitor/fiscal representative to look after their fiscal responsibilities.

FURNISHING YOUR NEW HOME

We will help you to move into your new Spanish home and offer suggestions regarding local furniture stores that will supply you with a complete cost effective package including electrical appliances if so required. You will save both time and money if you consider buying most things or additional larger items for your new home whilst in Spain.
